We at News TV ( A Digital News TV Webchannel (www.newstv.co.in), Headquarters based at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra intend to invite Political Spokespersons, Professionals such as DOCTORS, ADVOCATES, CAs, ENGINEERS, ARCHITECTS, RTI ACTIVISTS, Retired Judges, Police Personnel, Social Workers, Professors, Teachers, Students Media People such as Actors/Directors/Story Writers of TV , Webseries and Films, Strugglers, Businessmen, Housewives, NGOs, Common Citizens, Victims of Injustice to become Penalists/Participants in ONLINE ZOOM DEBATES for our News TV Webchannel. The said Debate would be telecast on Youtube / Webchannel. Our Webchannel and Youtube have got approx. 20 lacs worldwide viewership . Copyrights of such Debates would permanently remain with NEWS TV only. It can be shared with the Participants free of Charge.

Current Burning Issues / Corruption / Malpractices / Irregularities / Injustice

Complaints and Grievances (with Documentary Proof)

Overall Development of India / Infrastructure

Social Awareness

Entertainment

Functioning of Govt Hospitals / Offices

Advices to Politicians, Govt. Officials

Even LIFESTORIES of Individuals would also be covered on ONE IS TO ONE BASIS.

Any other subject suggested by the Penalists / Participants.

SEPARATE ZOOM DEBATES AND GROUP DISCUSSIONS FOR KIDS WOULD ALSO BE CONDUCTED TO IMPROVE THEIR COMMUNICATION SKILLS, DEVELOPING THEIR CONFIDENCE AND GROOMING.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR PENALISTS / PARTICIPANTS:

NO MONEY / FEES WILL BE PAID TO ANY PENALIST / PARTICIPANT.

Each ZOOM Debate would have Maximum Four Participants (one Host/Anchor and three Participants). Duration of each Debate/Interview would be minimum 30 Minutes.

No Foul / Indecent / Abusive Language would be allowed. (Language would be Hindi or English)

Healthy , Polite, Diplomatic Criticism with Documentary Proof will be allowed.

Every Participant has to explain / answer VERY BRIEFLY, without taking much of time so that all the Participants should get equal time and chance to explain.

No overlapping will be allowed that means if any Participant is speaking, no other participant would interrupt or talk in between otherwise the said Participant's Audio will be muted at our end.

Time and Date will be decided as per the Convenience of the Participant / Penalist

Details of the Subject would be shared with the Penalists/Participants one day in advance so that they can get time for doing Research on the said Subject.

REQUIREMENTS TO BECOME PENALIST / PARTICIPANT IN OUR NEWS TV ZOOM DEBATES ARE:

Good Quality Mobile Handset / Laptop / Desktop with good webcam.

Wifi Internet with Good Speed at Home / Office.

Good Quality Earphones with inbuilt Microphone to achieve good Audio/Visuals.

There should not be any AUDIO / VIDEO disturbance in the background at the Home / Office of the Participant when Debates are going on.

Sufficient light on the face of the Participant to get good Visual Quality as the same would be Recorded at our end for telecasting it on Youtube / Our News TV Webchannel.

If any Participant / Penalist talks lengthy or consume lots of time, the same will be edited.

All the Pariticipants / Penalists have to download the Official ZOOM APP on their Mobile / Laptop.

EMAIL ADDRESS & Mobile No (Whatsapp Number) has to be shared with our News TV for future Communications.

Those who are interested may please sent their WRITTEN CONFIRMATION / UNDERTAKING on the email mentioned below clearly stating that the Rules and Regulations are read and understood by them and they have unconditionally agreed to the same to become Penalist / Participant.
